Integrity — Be honest, ethical, transparent, and willing to do what is right even when it is difficult. Does someone comes to mind that either has this or doesn't? Choose wisely!

Leadership — Have a clear vision, make responsible decisions, listen to the people, and bring different groups together. A true leader will have a vision that helps everyone within their district.

Accountability — Take responsibility for decisions, keep promises when possible, admit mistakes, and put the public’s interests ahead of personal gain. This is a very difficult trait to possess. It can make or break a candidate and is often times avoided.
